Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll communicate any significant delays by email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your order and location. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Purarium is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@purarium.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost in transit and never shows as delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Purarium is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@purarium.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before the order ships.
