Our Story
It started with a simple question.
I was already deep into clean living. Organic food, filtered water, non-toxic cookware, clean personal care. I'd done the research. I understood what goes into the body matters — and I was deliberate about all of it.
But that research was exhausting.
Every category required its own deep dive. A different brand for cookware, another for personal care, another for bedding. Hours spent cross-referencing certifications, reading ingredient lists, trying to figure out who was actually clean and who was just marketing. The clean living space was fragmented — and trust had to be earned product by product, brand by brand.
I was tired of it. I wanted one brand I could just trust. Where I didn't have to research every SKU or decode every label. Where the standard was set once — and everything lived up to it.
That brand didn't exist. So I built it.
Then I started looking at what I was wearing to work out.
Polyester. Nylon. Synthetic elastane. Moisture-wicking treatments I couldn't pronounce. I was pressing this fabric against my skin for hours every day — during the exact moments my body is most absorbent. Warm. Active. Pores open. And I'd never once questioned it.
I looked for alternatives. Premium brands with clean materials, designed to actually perform. They didn't exist. The entire activewear industry — top to bottom — was built on synthetic fabrics. The clean living movement had transformed food, water, home goods, personal care. It hadn't touched what people wear.
That was the gap.
Purarium was built to fill it. Not as an eco brand, not as a sustainability play — but as a body-first brand. One standard, applied to everything. Every material we use is chosen because it belongs against your skin. Every material we refuse is off the list for the same reason.
You shouldn't have to research us. That's the whole point.
We're not asking you to compromise on quality or performance. Natural fibers have always been technically capable — organic cotton breathes, bamboo wicks moisture naturally, merino regulates temperature better than most synthetics. Clean doesn't mean less. It means better, by a different standard.
The standard that should have always mattered most: what does this do to the body wearing it?
That's Purarium. That's why we exist.
