What makes Purarium different from other activewear & homegood brands?

Most activewear is made from polyester, nylon, and synthetic elastane — essentially wearable plastic. Purarium uses only natural, certified materials: organic cotton, Tencel, bamboo, and merino wool. No synthetics, no PFAS, no microplastics. Ever.

Are your products certified?

Yes. We source from GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX certified suppliers. These certifications verify that our materials are free from harmful substances and meet rigorous organic standards at every step of the supply chain.

Do natural fibers actually perform as well as synthetics?

Yes. Bamboo and merino wool wick moisture naturally. Merino regulates body temperature better than most synthetics. Tencel drapes and moves with the body. You're not compromising performance — you're just refusing to compromise on what touches your skin.

How do I care for my Purarium products?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat — it breaks down natural fibers faster. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days for standard shipping or 2–3 business days for expedited. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us at support@purarium.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or item.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted feel.
