Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@purarium.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank first — processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@purarium.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@purarium.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
